Gary Pollock is General Manager for PCX Corporation, overseeing all
operations of the organization. PCX Corporation specializes in off-site
manufactured and/or pre-manufactured solutions for the construction
industry. In business over 10 years and with over 4,000 installations in
North America, PCX Corporation is filling the needs of customers, striving
to build faster, higher quality solutions at a lower total cost.
Prior to his involvement with PCX, Pollock held leadership positions in
engineering and operations for Parker Hannifin Corporation and Eaton
Corporation.
Pollock earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from
Alfred University, and is a certified Six Sigma – Black Belt.
In his free time, Pollock enjoys recreational activities such as golfing,
skeet shooting, water fowl hunting, and fishing.

Doug Maxwell is the Engineering Manager for PCX Corporation overseeing project planning and new product
development for the engineering department. Maxwell joined the PCX team in 2003 bringing
with him a wealth of knowledge in electrical engineering.
Prior to
officially
becoming a member of the organization, Maxwell was already a “familiar
face” around PCX, as he worked 5 years in-house as a representative for
General Electric’s technical sales department. While Maxwell hails from
many years with General Electric, he has also extensive experience as an
electrical consultant and as a plant engineer in the nuclear power
industry.
Doug earned a
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
He enjoys golf,
Texas Hold’em Poker and travel.
Doug resides in
Clayton with his wife Leslie and their daughter.

Dusty Belk is the Application Engineer Manager for PCX Corporation, overseeing project management for new and existing customers. Belk began his tenure in 1996 during the formative years of PCX. His experience and product knowledge has established Dusty as one of the backbones for the organization.
Belk initially joined the PCX team in correlation with an internship on the way to earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from East Carolina University.
Now a parent, Dusty spends much of his free time with his family. He also enjoys mountain biking, playing guitar, soccer, disc golf, and reading.
Dusty resides in North Raleigh with his wife and son.

Tony is a senior level engineer responsible for projects within the applications engineering, and manufacturing engineering departments as well as special projects within the company. Tony joined the PCX team in March 2006 with over 12 years of engineering experience within the manufacturing and fabrication industries. Tony has worked within the HVAC industry and the semiconductor equipment industry as well as a 1st tier supplier for construction equipment manufacturers . Tony most recently designed, built and installed equipment in the semiconductor industry. Tony's design and management experience within these fields brings a new level of expertise to the PCX team.
Tony earned his B.S.M.E. from North Carolina State University in 1994 with a minor in Communication Graphics.
A North Carolina native, Tony has lived in the area for many years. He currently resides in Clayton, NC with his wife and their daughter.
Tony enjoys golf, NC State Athletic Events, and spending time with his family.

Dean Di Lillo is the V.P. of Marketing and Business Development for PCX Corporation, overseeing all Marketing and Business Development efforts for the organization.
Previously Dean worked with Square D (Schneider Electric) as the Southeast Regional Sales Manager and as National Sales Manager for Power Distribution Services (acquired by Square D in 1999). Dean held several positions with increasing responsibility at Siemens Energy and Automation including: Manager of Steelmaking, Manager of Medium Voltage Application and Engineering, and Senior Account Manager.
Dean earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering degree from Lehigh University, as well as a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He is a certified IEEE member and in good standing with the PES Society. Di Lillo has been the recipient of such prestigious awards as the Gold Medal Winner in Sales Excellence among a peer group of 300 and the Silver Medal Winner in Sales Excellence while working at Siemens Energy & Automation.
Dean is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers and has hosted roundtables at the Centerbuild Conference in Phoenix on Off Site fabrication.
Dean volunteers much of his time and efforts to organizations such as Treasurer of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School Booster Club, Knights of Columbus, VP of Membership for Capital City Toastmasters, and a Lector at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. He also enjoys recreational activities such as golf, tennis, home improvement, gardening, wrestling, fly fishing, and sailing.
Dean resides in North Raleigh with his wife and their two children.

Dennis Smith is Executive Director of Sales for PCX Corporation, overseeing all sales and marketing efforts for the supermarket industry. Smith initially joined the PCX organization in 2002 as a member of the board of directors. In 2003 he joined PCX as the National Sales Manager; in 2006 he accepted the position of Executive Director of Sales. His unsurpassed knowledge and experience in the supermarket industry have made Dennis a tremendous asset to the organization.
With 25 years in the construction industry, Smith’s experience includes Director of Sales and Marketing EDP for Hill Phoenix. Additionally, he directed the construction, engineering and design teams at Genuardi’s Supermarket. Prior to that, Dennis owned his own design build construction company and still carries a journeyman electrician card.
Smith earned an Electrical Construction and Electronics degree from Pennsylvania Technical College, a Project Management, Planning, Scheduling and Control degree from Drexel University, an Effective Management and Public Speaking degree from Dale Carnegie, and Business Management credits from Hillsdale College. Smith has an extended list of professional achievements including: PCX Board of Directors, three time Annual Spec’s Conference guest speaker for Chain Store Age Magazine, President’s Award in 1999 (sole recipient), recognition for leadership in design and construction by Chain Store Age magazine as “Store of the Year”, and a member in good standings with Toastmaster International with achievement as a CL and ATM Silver.
Smith is former president and committee chairperson of his community’s homeowners association and in 2002 served as interim coach for the high school soccer team. In his free time Dennis enjoys golf, tennis, and coaching.
