Government funding is requiring infrastructure projects to be completed as fast as possible in order to meet local needs. Pre-fabricated solutions can accelerate the construction cycle by utilizing concurrent manufacturing of key components. - Complex Systems
WWTP call for custom solutions with control philosophies that are normally local of design. Having these systems installed and tested offsite offer quality improvements and minimize the start up sequential processes. - Space Saving Requirements
Modifying a facility that is already in operation often requires moving of existing power system during the start up of the process. "Offsite" solutions eliminate and or minimize the associated downtime with power cutover. - Speed of Installation
Just in time installations can take weeks or even months off of the schedule and are not weather dependent. - Multi Vendor Solutions Preferred
Many providers of solutions limit your choices in purchasing a power and control system. Take control over the design without paying a huge cost increase. PCX is Vendor Independent.
Pre-manufactured enclosures can facilitate complex "factory commissioned" solutions, reduced space requirements, accelerated project schedules and reduced downtime because their construction is not weather dependent. In addition, the systems can be designed and built with customer specified multiple vendor solutions to meet the stringent corrosive environments typical of Water/ Waste Water facilities.
PCX enclosures can range in size from a minimum space to 65 ft by 16 ft Power Equipment Centers.
