MEP-Engineers
Engineering the right offsite solution.
- PCX Solutions are fully built modules that are not part of the fire-rated building assembly.
- Offsite solutions can be built with a 1 or 2 fire-rated wall, floor, and ceiling assembly.
- We will factory commission all equipment to the fullest extent possible.
- We will also perform rigorous electrical tests prior to shipment to ensure proper
insulation and isolation.

- Electrical Solutions can be built ahead of time and delivered to the job site according
to the General Contractor's schedule. - Upon delivery, solutions are craned or fork lifted into position prior to when the building
envelope is dried in. Often a separate slab is placed to facilitate early delivery. - PCX solutions do not require a floor depression. We offer floored or floorless solutions
depending on the architectural design.

Our Offsite Solutions are fully compliant with local and national codes and can often be installed in less than an hour.

U.L. Classified for easy inspections. - By working quickly and being able to deliver a solution ahead of schedule,
we can help minimize temporary power costs. - Circuits are pre-tested and in good working order prior to shipment.

Mechanical - Contractors

In fact, it's one of the things we do best. All PCX Solutions are designed to flow right into the architect's specifications and stamped drawings. We can coordinate with building MEPs. Comply with brand standards, and customize our designs based on specific project requirements.
- Our Offsite Fabricated Solutions are non-combustible, non-load-bearing assemblies
that are sometimes positioned within an architectural design. - In addition, we may suggest minor changes to electrical layout
design to reduce cost and ensure code compliance. - Solutions may or may not be part of the fire-rated wall system.
- Floored and floorless designs are available depending
on the site-specific requirements.
Building - Inspectors
