PCX President, CEO – Mark Di Lillo has served as an industry leader in several organizations and industries ranging from high technology electronic and aerospace, to high volume automotive manufacturing. These positions include Vice President of Operations for Degussa GmbH’s Leybold EMI/RFI computer shielding business, Division Operations Manager for Parker Bertea Aerospace’s Metal Bellows Division, Operations Manager for Gould Incorporated, a manufacturer of electro-deposited copper foil for printed circuit board applications, and Manufacturing Manager for TRW Incorporated, a manufacturer of aircraft fuel pumps. He also served as President, CEO of Endura Plastics, which specialized in the design, manufacture and assembly of critical safety products such as low-pressure air sensing switches for the HVAC industry and brake reservoir assemblies for the automotive industry. Di Lillo holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Fenn College of Engineering, Cleveland State University.

PCX Corporation’s Vice President and General Manager responsible for managing the business on a day to day basis. Prior to joining PCX, Pollock held leadership positions in engineering and operations for both Parker Hannifin and Eaton Corporation. His operations experience includes the successful implementation of ISO9001, for Eaton, where he served as a Six Sigma Black Belt. Pollock earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Alfred University, in New York, and has an extensive background in project management and design of mechanical and advanced electrical systems.

Vice President, Engineering Services & Site Integration
PCX Corporation’s Vice President and responsible for all field service and site integration services at PCX. Prior to joining PCX, Dean held leadership positions at Siemens and Schneider Electric. His experience includes managing medium voltage switchgear engineering and the industrial static var compensation business at Siemens, as well as sales and sales management positions at both Siemens and Schneider Electric. He has a broad knowledge in power distribution, modular and offsite fabrication strategies for improving construction processes, with site integration being a logical added dimension to those strategies. Dean earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University, and an MBA from Indiana University.

Manufacturing Manager
PCX Corporation’s Manufacturing Manager responsible for overseeing the planning, procurement and fabrication of PCX’s modular products. Ryan Gavin has held key management positions at Novo Nordisk, a global Swedish based pharmaceutical company, and has also served our country for several years as a Captain in the United States Army. He has successfully led soldiers in Korea, Iraq, and Kuwait, and continues to serve our country as a Major in the North Carolina National Guard. Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree from West Point Military Academy, as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from North Carolina State University.

Bob Carroll has been with PCX since 2016 and brings a wide array of industry experience and expertise to the corporation. Carroll began his career as a commercial and industrial service technician at RL Eggers Company, where he worked for 12 years. Carroll then joined ATV Inc. as a service manager for 8 years, before joining the Carrier Corporation as a technical support engineer in 2000. From 2006-2010, following his time at Carrier, Carroll joined Zero Zone as the Northeast Regional Sales Manager, and D. Comiskey & Associates as an independent representative, respectfully.
Carroll joined the PCX team as a Senior Engineer in 2016, and most recently became the corporation’s customer success manager. Carroll, a united states army veteran, is a graduate of Passaic Technical Institute, with a degree in Refrigeration and HVAC Design.

Engineering Manager
PCX Corporation’s Engineering Manager who oversees design, development, and production of engineering drawings for custom projects. Jason Ball joined the PCX team in 2011 after coming from the fluid package and integration industry, where he engineered domestic, fire, chilled, and heated water systems for commercial and industrial applications. Jason has a combined 10 years’ experience designing and integrating modular systems. Ball earned a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo, in 2004, and is also a licensed professional engineer in the State of North Carolina.

Counsel; Legal, Business & Regulatory Affairs
Martin Klammer supports PCX’s management team regarding legal, business and regulatory matters. During his tenure at PCX, he also served the company in business development and key commercial account management. Throughout his career, Marty has held key management positions with several leading manufacturers within the aerospace, HVAC, marine controls and automotive industries and having extensive background in design engineering, manufacturing and operations management, as well as regulatory compliance. He has worked extensively with both U.L. and CSA concerning new product registration.
Marty earned his Juris Doctorate from Cleveland State University’s Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and his Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from its Fenn College of Engineering. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar, and authorized to practice law in its state courts, as well as admitted to the Northern Ohio Federal District Court and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of various local legal bar associations and serves on several private advisory boards.
