PCX Holding LLC (“PCX”) has established this privacy policy to demonstrate PCX’s firm commitment to privacy. The following summarizes the information gathering and dissemination practices for PCX’s web presence and use of social media.

Information We Collect

PCX does not collect personally identifiable information about individuals except when such individuals provide information on a voluntary basis. We use collected information only for the purpose for which you provide it, including client services, email marketing and corporate communications, customer service and feedback or to provide requested information. PCX will, prior to disclosing sensitive data to a third party or processing it, obtain your consent.  Where consent of the individual for the Processing of Personal Information is otherwise required by law or contract, PCX will comply with the law or contract.

Providing Visitors with Anonymous Access

Visitors may access PCX’s websites to browse without disclosing personal data. Except for cookies, we do not collect any personal data from individuals who visit PCX’s website to learn more about PCX’s business unless information is necessary to download information or purchase services. We do not collect information about PCX’s visitors from other sources, such as public records, public bodies, or private organizations.

Passive Collection of Information

As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically. This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, the files viewed on PCX’s site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data to analyze trends in the aggregate and administer the site.

Tracking Technologies

PCX and its partners use cookies or similar technologies to analyze trends, administer the website, and track users’ movements around the website. PCX’s website includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook “Like” button, and Widgets, such as the Share This button or interactive programs that run on PCX’s website. These Features may collect your Internet protocol address, which page you are visiting on PCX’s website, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on PCX’s website. Interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy statement of the company providing it.


We may disclose personal information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or other legal process, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect your rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

User Access and Choice

Upon request PCX will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by unsubscribing or contacting us. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time-frame. In certain circumstances we may need to retain your personal information to continue providing services.

Opt-Out Preferences for Marketing

If you wish to subscribe to PCX’s newsletter(s), we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. You may choose to stop receiving PCX’s newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails, or you can contact us.

Data Rights for those in the European economic area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK) and Switzerland

If you reside in the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, PCX use of personal information is governed by the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation, or “GDPR” or applicable EEA, UK, or Swiss national laws. These grant you particular rights in your personal information, including the right to alter, correct, receive, or delete personal information stored by PCX at any time, subject to PCX’s business interests and any legal requirements we must meet.

Those in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland have the right to complain to a data protection authority about PCX’s collection and use of personal information. We respond to all requests we receive from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights under applicable data protection laws.  Individuals whose data PCX processes who are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland and customers of PCXs no matter where located, who process personal data of EEA, UK or Swiss residents should note the following:

  • This Privacy Policy is designed to comply with the GDPR; and
  • PCX does not have an “establishment” in the EEA.

You may also have the right to make a GDPR complaint to the relevant Supervisory Authority. Data Transfers to the United States. PCX is based in the United States and we process and store information in the U.S. Therefore, we may transfer information to, or store or access it in, jurisdictions that may not provide equivalent levels of data protection as your home jurisdiction. Should there be a need to transfer personal data to countries outside of the EAA, UK or Switzerland we will ensure that at least one of the following safeguards is in place:

  • We will only transfer personal data to countries that the European Commission have approved as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data by;
  • Ensure the transfer is subject to a specific derogation in the GDPR or national laws;
  • Use the standard contractual clauses as the transfer mechanism when a case-by-case analysis has been performed,
